The events of August 2008 interfered with festival Liquid Art; the reason
behind this it turned out to be the braid of artist and project organizer,
Gogi Totibadze who, cutting his lavish hair in protest, marked for future,
that no other such thing could become a hindrance to the Liquid Art.
